We’re Hiring: Junior Creative Associate Are you the go-to meme dealer in your friend group? Always on top of trending audios and social media chaos? Can you make clean, scroll-stopping designs AND snappy reels? Then we need you on our team! 👀🔥

Maqsad is looking for a Junior Creative Associate who lives and breathes the internet, knows what Gen Z wants before they do, and has the design chops to bring ideas to life. You’ll be working with our marketing team to execute fun, relatable, and high-quality content for our digital platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Create designs for our social media platforms using Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Shoot and edit reels, short videos, and meme content using CapCut (bonus points if you already know the trending effects + transitions!)
• Contribute meme ideas, templates, and viral audios for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Support in executing ongoing campaigns and bringing marketing ideas to life
• Stay plugged in to trending topics, audio, memes, and viral formats — and suggest ways we can ride the wave
• Work closely with the marketing team to meet deadlines and ensure brand consistency

Must-Haves:

• Strong meme game & an eye for what’s trending
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and CapCut
