Job brief
We’re looking for a Sales Associate / Student Counsellor to join our growing team at Maqsad
You’ll be responsible for engaging with students and parents to understand their needs, guide them on how Maqsad runs its batches, and help convert interest into enrollment. You’ll use a consultative approach to sales — combining empathy, product knowledge, and strong communication skills to build trust with students and parents
The ideal candidate is a people person — confident, articulate, and obsessed with helping students figure out the right path
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students and parents through WhatsApp and calls
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets (driven by company year-on-year growth targets)
- Build lasting relationships with students and parents by providing honest consultations
- Convert interested students into enrollments by highlight how Maqsad batches are run and how it is a new and effective way to learn
- Provide students feedback to product and marketing teams to improve sales funnels and customer experience
Qualifications and Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer engagement
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in both Urdu and English
